Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation A place is confirmed once the registration form is completed and payment (if applicable) is received. Confirmation will be issued by email. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. 2. Eligibility Events are open to players aged 16–20 who are interested in football development opportunities in England. Park View Academy of Sport reserves the right to refuse applications that do not meet these criteria. 3. Payments Where a fee applies, full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not secured until payment is received. 4. Cancellations & Refunds 14+ days before event: Full refund (minus any admin fee) 7–14 days: 50% refund Less than 7 days: No refund Non-attendance (no show) is non-refundable. 5. Event Changes Park View Academy of Sport reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 6. Medical & Injury Participants must be fit to take part and disclose any injuries or medical conditions. Participation is at the player’s own risk. 7. Code of Conduct Players are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund. 8. Media Consent By attending, participants consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing prior to the event. 9. Liability Park View Academy of Sport is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or any costs related to travel or accommodation. 10. Data Protection Personal data will be stored securely and used only for communication and recruitment purposes.
